RGPV (Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya), Bhopal has released the examination form for D.Pharmacy students under the session titled “D.Pharmacy April-2026 / Diploma Engg. May-Jun 2026” on the official Diploma Wing portal, rgpvdiploma.in. If you’re a D.Pharma 1st year or 2nd year student under RGPV, this is the form you must submit to be allowed to sit for your upcoming semester exams. In this post, we’ll walk you through the last date, exam fee, direct portal link, and the exact steps to fill your form without errors.
Important Dates
- Exam Form Released On: 7 August 2026
- Last Date Without Late Fee: Updating Soon
- Last Date With Late Fee: Updating Soon
- Examination Session: D.Pharmacy April-2026 / Diploma Engg. May-Jun 2026
Note: RGPV updates these dates through official notices on rgpvdiploma.in. Always cross-check the latest circular before the deadline, since colleges are sometimes given separate internal cut-offs to forward student forms.
Who Should Fill This Form
- Students currently enrolled in D.Pharma 1st year or 2nd year under an RGPV-affiliated institute.
- Students appearing for regular semester exams as well as those with backlog or supplementary papers (a separate form category applies for backlog students)
- Students whose college has already forwarded their sessional marks and form status on the portal
Step-by-Step: How to Fill the RGPV D.Pharma Exam Form 2026
- Visit the official portal at rgpvdiploma.in and go to the student exam form section under the Admin/Student login area.
- Log in using your enrollment number, password, and the verification code shown on screen.
- Check that your form status shows “Forwarded by the Institution.” If it doesn’t, contact your college exam cell first — the university side only opens once your college forwards the form. Mostly at this stage colleges ask to clear their Fees then only they will mark to “forwarded“.
- Select the correct exam type: regular, backlog, or supplementary, along with your subjects for the session.
- Review your name, enrollment number, and subject list carefully before proceeding — mistakes here can delay your admit card.
- Pay the examination fee online through net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI.
- After payment, download and save your submitted form and payment receipt.
- Log back in after a day to confirm your form status has changed to “Submitted to RGPV Polytechnic.”

Important Note on Failed Transactions
If your payment shows as failed but the amount was deducted from your bank account, and your form status already shows “Forwarded by the Institution,” do not submit the form again or attempt a second payment. RGPV’s system automatically forwards such forms to the university on the next working day once the transaction is verified. Use the “Help & Support” link on the portal if you need assistance instead of repeating the payment.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Waiting until the last day, which often causes server slowdowns during peak submission hours
- Selecting the wrong subject code or scheme (Pharmacy-2021 vs older ER schemes)
- Not checking college verification status before attempting payment
- Closing the browser mid-payment, which can cause a transaction to hang in a pending state
- Not saving the final receipt and submitted form copy for future reference
Exam Fee
The exact fee depends on your year and whether you’re filling a regular or backlog form. The Backlog fees for a subject will be 180 Rupees.
What Happens After You Submit
Once your form is submitted and forwarded to the university, RGPV will release the admit card closer to the exam date. Based on last year’s pattern, D.Pharma theory exams are generally scheduled from August to September, with practical exams held before the theory papers.
